I have seen such a surge of increased diagnosed cases of both adults and young people managing ADHD and it's symptoms the past few years. I read articles debating the legitimacy of these diagnoses'. I certainly have no wish to do this. What I do wish to do is support anyone who connects with the condition and feels they are experiencing part or all of it's symptoms. It's a hugely life affecting condition not only for individuals but for the people around them, their family, their friends, their teachers and colleagues.
Don't struggle in silence take the time to contact your GP, health practitioner, SEN nurse, therapist or anyone you feel comfortable talking to. With the correct support and interventions the condition can be well managed and you can live a fulfilled, happy and balanced life.
